Job Description:
- Develop and deliver Life Skills programming within the Life Skills Workshop
- Supervise and Monitor Good-Neighbour Volunteer Team
- Maintain accurate client records related to participant activity including 3 month follow-up recording
- Maintain statistical and narrative information
- In collaboration with Y.E.S. team provide monthly report based on expected outcomes
- Participate as a member of the Youth Action Centre Team in supervising the drop-in centre
Qualifications:
- knowledge and experience working with street involved, at-risk, transient youth
- degree or diploma in social services related field
- awareness of local resources responding to basic needs
- excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- flexibility, creativity and initiative are essential
- ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- ability to work various shifts and flexible hours
- Computer skills including using Microsoft office and database management
