Job Description:
The Business Coach will assess youth-at-risk clients to evaluate business concept information, education, skill & financial background to determine viability of potential business idea. S/he will deliver existing curriculum for the delivery of the Youth Entrepreneurship Program. S/he will have and update knowledge of current business practices and deliver seminars, workshops and information sessions to clients, both in house and as part of outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess post-secondary education in business management and/or related experience working with small business clients.
Experience running a small business is essential. All candidates must be able to work with a diverse, youth-at-risk client group, have excellent facilitation skills, be proficient in MS office, and have a valid Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
